Is your survey cut off when you print? Follow the steps below to correct the issue.
  • Internet Explorer
    1. From the File menu, select Page Setup...
    2. In the Margins section at the bottom right, type 0.25 in the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom boxes.
    3. Click OK to exit the Page Setup dialog box
    4. Refresh the Viewing Page and Print the page again (You only need to refresh the first time.)

  • Netscape
    1. From the File menu, select Page Setup...
